Ipod as a dongle?

Ok guys this might sound stupid but I thought I may as well ask. Would it be possible to use my iPod touch as a dongle to connect my pc upstairs to my router downstairs? Any help is appreciated

Not that I'm aware of.

Perhaps you could do it with an iPhone if you did a USB tether, but I'm not sure if you can tether your WiFi connection.

USB WiFi cards are fairly cheap anyway, and will do the job better!
