Why won't my iTunes automatically update my audio cd with track details and album art.

This is a legit cd bought from a store.

Other albums have updated automatically but this one won't.

It is on the database as I can see it in iTunes store.

I am a numpty when it comes to tech stuff, please help.
 
Your connected to the internet when importing?
iTunes can only get song info if it can connect to the Gracenote Database, and the album details must be here.
you could also try highlighting all the songs, right click (ctrl+click) and selecting "get CD track info' or its something like that and 'Get album art' for the art work.

I have had to manually input a couple of old CD's and compilations before that it couldn't find info for.

I have tried all of that thank you.

Maybe it will be manual input after all.
