Met up with a couple other photographers on Crosby beach last night. I really wasn't feeling it while there. But just noticed the contrails and reflection so grabbed this. Turns out pretty decent I think.

Lovely colours and great composition in this image.
Nicely positioned in the frame for both the reflection and the X too.
 
really like this, you was lucky getting it I only live 5mins from Crosby beach all it done here was rain last night
 
I like the photo, thought I don't think the horizon is straight - beyond that I wouldn't change anything.

edit - it is great photo! not slagging it off! :)

THATS NOT SAND......IT'S MUD!!!!!
That was my first impression of Crosby Beach on my initial visit, Totally ruined my new walking shoes.
Great pic BTW.

Not tempted to clone out the pole to the right of the ironman?

I always tell people to use wellies as the sand is slimy and full of oil.
