Is There A Free AVI to MP4 Converter For Mac?

Before anyone says... I have googled like buggery!

And all I can find are ones that are limited to 5 mins. I really don't want to pay, as I only have 2 files that I want to convert so that I can play them on my iPhone.

Anyone know of anything?
