Is there an alternative ??

Hi folks

After borrowing a 10-22mm canon wide angle lens from a very trusting friend ive found myself wanting to add one to my collection......but......I don't have the budget for a canon EF-S lens so my question.......

Is there an alternative to fit my 600d at a bit more realistic price ?.....or am I better off saving my pennies in my piggy bank untill I can afford one ?

I don't do Canon but how about a Sigma 10-20?

I believe the tokina 12-24 gets good reviews or even the 11-16 f2.8!

I would save for either the Tokina 11-16 or Canon 10-22 personally.

In order of preference would be the Canon model,, followed closely by the Tokina ,and yes i have used both, still got the Tokina.

Seriously sharp at all apertures. Love it when you can't tell the difference by stopping down

Fast, accurate AF. Distortion kept to a minimum and fantastic build quality...I haven't tried the Nikon version but I have to wonder how it could outperform...

Definitely can recommend the Tokina 12-24.
