This is two different birds!?!?!? I believe the bottom one is an osprey. Top one looks like a harrier to me???
 
Funny, I was thinking the bottom one was an Osprey
 
Thanks for the replies. I thought it was the same bird. Here are some more taken of the one that is on the pylon. To me it looks the same as the other bird, or similar.

Again #5 os an osprey and #6 is a harrier. If you look, you can see they are different. Osprey has white underwing and harrier brown and yellow legs.

Just wanted to echo the above.

Look at the tips of the wings and the beaks too.

Also the Osprey would be far larger.
 
Main giveaway is the blue legs on the osprey and yellow legs on the harrier.
