is this good enough?

i was wondering if this computer set-up that im gonna get for crimbo is good enough for photoshop cs3. i would like details on speed, usability and any issues affecting it?

heres the specs:

Intel Pentium Dual-Core processor T4300
(2.16Ghz, 667Mhz, 1MB Cache)
Genuine Windows(R) 7 Home Premium
4GB Memory
500GB Hard drive

EDIT: forgot to mention that the laptop is a dell 1545.

i werent to sure you see as i know alot of people say if its not core 2 duo then its not worth it.

that will run absolutely fine - just don't have too many apps open at the same time

I have the studio 1555 with the same spec and have had word,oulook, firefox, Lightroom 3.0,Photoshop CS4 all running together!
