Assuming that all is in very good second hand condition is this a relatively good deal?

Canon 40D & Sigma 24-60mm F2.8 EX for £400.

I would research myself but am having trouble finding online second hand camera sites, and have not made 25 posts on here to qualify for the classifieds yet.
