I'm probably being very stupid, so here goes:
I have been using my iPad to store photos on my travels and now want to transfer them to my Mac.
I opened iTunes and spent a good 5 mins open-mouthed because I realised that I didn't know how to transfer photos from my iPad to my Mac.
A quick couple of google searches later i find out that you either use iPhoto (the fan on my mac is going mad, thats what I'm doing now) or buy this transfer app.
I'm sure there is a way but I can't find the right info - how do you just open up the files and drag/copy to the desired destination? I don't use iPhoto so its just going to be an extra step to copy again to my external HHD.
