iso and metering help

hi,my wife needs help understanding iso and metering,
anyone know of any good web sites or videos for me to show her?

Not a video, but the book understanding exposure by Bryan Peterson made the most sense any book ever has to me, and helped me learn a lot.

i would look at a mag called photoplus although it is aimed at canon users there is some really good stuff in there ie charts i think this month was to do with iso and exposures

i find it handy at times
