Issues calibrating display using colormunki

I have been having problems with the display profiles after calibration.

After I calibrate the screen after what seems like either a random time duration, or when I close my screen and re-open it the profile changes back to some other (presumably default) profile.

I have tried everything including deleting the default profiles and setting all the defaults to the new one, so now it is the only registered profile on my laptop.

It is starting to irritate me because I can only be sure when my calibrated profile is active when I see it change back to the old one, at which point I have to reboot or re-calibrate again.

Is there anything I can do to stop this? any third party profile software I can use?

I am using windows 7 64bit pro on a Sony Vaio laptop.

Hopefully someone out there knows what's going on.

can't help you with the colour munki but my spyder4 software states at the end of the calibration sequence, that this new profile will become the "default" profile until i calibrate again. hth mike.
