After the rain overnight and today the burn at the bottom of the garden has turned now into a river, thankfully it has now stopped as it is at it's highest ever that I can recall.

Flipping heck! It was hammering it down here in Hexham before but I doubt anything like what its been up near your end, clear blue skies at the moment however

I like the first one, the weather is terrible lots of rain and very windy

Your property is a bit too close for comfort to that river.
Hope it goes down soon.

No flood risk at all, the house is a long way back up the hill.

The burn, which is about 12ft wide in places between the trees was only 6ins deep yesterday, that is now about 10ft deep with the surrounding land about 4ft deep in places.
