If it were mine I would crop maybe an inch off the cloud, it loses feature towwards the top and is just a block of grey.
Other than that I like it

I agree with jnO. It would also take the horizon off centre, not a good position in landscapes traditionally.

try putting the horizon on a third
the clouds look quite good when you do that too!
(i.e. a bit more cloud)

(I did by scrolling until the picture looked right)

Slightly too much crop now for me... I'm with jnO, just an inch...keeping that first layer of dark clouds in makes it come forward, like its over the whole view I think.

Where on Mull is it taken? I ask as the cliffs in the background look familiar (i used to holiday there every year).
