Hi, sorting out the Bro-in-laws 'pooter as it could barely run and his i tunes library is a mess.
got the computer sorted, but my last mission is to sort out the triplicate entries in the i tunes library.
2x entries of every song are broken links and one is the correct song avaliable and in the right place. any tips on how to clear out the library completely and start again ?
i updated to the latest i tunes and it updated the library, but still the broken links etc remain .
I'm windows media man and have no experience of i tunes.
help please!
please tell me i dont have to uninstall and reinstall completely!!
