Well there's Sky+ & Humax already set up above and now I've set up my Toppy too (didn't look at the time of the programme) thanks for the pointer :).

Edit - Just realised this is the second thread I've read about this programme - I thought they were both one and the same thread doh! - here's the other thread

i'm gonna set my free view recorder to record this as i'll be off to N.Ireland to see family on sunday. I think this is something i've had my eye on to watch. Thanks for the heads up :)

I'm sure that's down to the clocks going forward in the wee small hours on Sunday and it should all sort itself out once we're past the change.

Basically it's on at 21:15 GMT, which is 22:15 BST. Right now we're on GMT and on Sunday night we'll be on BST.

Well I am glad somebody is on the ball, well spotted.

I really enjoyed it, how is it that all the old B+W images have more feeling about them and tonal contrast than anything done in PS or NIK EFEX Pro!!

I've just watched this and it was an excellent programme. Jarche's photos were wonderful and varied and David Suchet was the perfect person to present it and he's no mean tog himself.

I've just watched the programme on the ITV Player and it was very good.

David Suchet's Grandfather, James Jarche, had such a range of images, and of such great quality, that it seems unbelievable that his name is not more well known, especially when he seemed to get so many front covers on magazines in his day. I suppose that is one of the reasons for him to do the programme in the first place, to show off his pictures to a wider audience.

It was interesting to see how little some of the places had changed in the years between the time his Grandfather had taken the pictures, and when he had gone to try and recreate them.
