After a lot of thought, I've decided to go with a Sigma 150-500 OS for wildlife.
I just can't justify the Canon 100-400L IS at this point in time and I am prepared to accept another 100mm over the IQ.
I just need a little bit more convincing so if you Canon users who own a Sigma 150-500 OS can post some sample shots, it would be most helpful.
I know this lens is very popular with people into birding photography so the more people who can post, the merrier
I think it would be pointless any Nikon users of this lens posting samples due to the difference in the engineering of the lens.
It might perhaps be possible that the Nikon version is slightly sharper and as you can appreciate, this would defeat the object.
