There's a colony of Ivy Bees (Colletes hederae 5 minutes away from me so I had to go and get a few shots.

nice shots m8, were these taken at hastings, if so its the largest colony in the uk so far but they are spreading

Yes, taken on the West Hill, Hastings. 5 minutes walk away from me.

I was shooting upwards and that flower head was standing out against the sky.
