Another I like... apart from the gather of material behind her shoulder and the shadow on her arm

Betty Beat me to it, but a slight crop to the r/h side would fix that, otherwise a very nice portrait.

for me its about the head and hair, i dont think the image would lose anything by being cropped that high.
