Jaguar over the desert

Was looking at this post (https://www.talkphotography.co.uk/threads/pinky-leaving-riat-and-others-to-follow.658488/) and made me remember a pic I took.

This is 6sqn jaguars (from Coltishall in Norfolk) over the Saudi desert in 1991, taken from a VC-10 air-to-air refuelling tanker. I dont have many pics from my time in the RAF but this really brings back memories.

Technically the quality is less than brilliant but like a lot of photos it's the content that makes it and I think the content here says so much.

I was on the ground most of the time as well, ATC/Ops but managed to get up a few times with the tankers. I had a ton of images but in a house move about 15 years ago a box with the majority of my pics from my ten years in the RAF went missing I still think my ex-wife lost it on purpose!!
