I do find the very sharp transition from sky to grass a bit odd though

Definitely the correct way to compose the shot but I agree with Anton in that the colour hasn't defined itself from the background enough at the sky level. Absolutely stunning car mind.

Oooo takes me back a bit, me dad used to have one of them, a proper car with lots of chrome, still a beautiful machine, great shot.

S Type? Not with those bumpers it's not. Normally a MK2 with those on. Nice shot though.

More into Yanks but my dad had the Daimler with the 2.5 hemi V8 in, was a crackin car.
