Thought I'd share my thoughts about the Joby Gorillapod Ball Head X . Just bought one of these and am really impressed for the price. Paid £55 from my local camera shop and had no intention of buying a Joby. I'd gone in to buy either a Giottos or Manfrotto head. Tried several priced between £60 and £100 and wasn't impressed until the salesman passed me the Joby to try. Lovely piece of kit for the price and looks like a got a pretty good deal as some online retailers are selling these for £80-£90
