The ND filter has smoothed the water but blurred the trees (in the first one particularly). Not sure what long exposure has added to these shots. prefer the second one as it is sharper and does not have the branches in the way.
 
i think i would have prefered these with the trees sharp, and normal exposure times.

colours are lovely though!
 
Its a shame you couldn't have stood off a bit in #2, and caught the full 'height' of the reflection. There's a good composition in there, but its never going to get out..

...and even if it did, there is too much blur.

That apart, there's something about these photos that makes me yearn for black and white. Now how do I explain that when the autumn colours are so lovely?
