Jonah has lost his battle with kidney disease and has passed suddenly at 40 uears of age

Always enjoyed watching him bulldoze his way through any defence. Hoped he had beaten the kidney disease but it seems like it caught what few players ever could.

I remember him from his international debut at the RWC in SA (1995). Never met him, but he was an excellent player and, by all accounts, a fine man. RIP.

He was a real gent, I met him a few times during his days at Cardiff, he was a very pleasant down to Earth type of guy, a sad loss indeed.
