Just a quick question... (help please)

Just bought myself an infrared remote for my Nikon D70s and i was basically wondering how do i set it up ? I have had a look in the settings and cant find anything really.

Help please?

You need to set the camera for remote operation. On the back of the camera, next to the BKT button on the upper left, is the shooting mode button (looks like several pictures stacked). Press this button and turn the rear quick settings wheel until the remote symbol appears in the lcd
