Just about decided on sx220

I've done sooo much reading around and think im going to bite the bullet and go for this as a pocket point and shoot! My local jessops did not have the pany tx to compare It with though, any one used both? Just wanted a final comparison before I commit!

I'm assuming the zoom is a big factor when considering this camera? Otherwise a used S95 would cost roughly the same, but give better image quality.

In the same boat as you! I have decided to get the SX220, but will be getting it in a week or so
After much research, i think this camera will fulfil all my needs
If you get yours first, let me know what it's like!!

having had a look at the s95 and sx220 briefly at a local john lewis, both are fab cameras, but the sx220 having burst mode, better video recording, bigger zoom, it definately is a good camera for the pocket for all occasions

i'm going to hold out and save some £s, as i was looking but the sx220 fits the bill brillantly

it's a point and shoot i want, the s95 offers too much for a camera to be passed around the family, friend group type scenario
