As posted earlier, I sold my Nikon D700. Just arrived is my new Nikon D800, so charging the battery before setting up.
Can't wait to get out and give it a go. LOL

Peter, isn't it great when new kit arrives, you can't beat that feeling of expectation

Good luck with the new camera, it has had so many brilliant reviews and I'm sure you will be blown away by the image quality.

I hope you have a PC that can cope with the 40mb file sizes! :nuts:
