Just been very silly!

I'd been looking for a used Nikon 80-200 f2.8......

Just bought a Nikon 10.5mm f2.8 fisheye instead

Oh well, couldn't get much further away from the original idea! I'd played with the idea of a fisheye a while ago, but moved on, thinking it was a bit silly. I guess I can have a play and see how I get on with it. I can always sell it on again later and any difference in price is the 'rental'.

Or have I just lost my marbles? Not sure if I want anyone to answer that

There is absolutely no logic to this hobby we have...so no i'm not sure you have lost your marbles...the fish eye will sell on pretty easily IMO. Enjoy it whilst you have it and then get the 80-200 its great
