I have been looking at backpacks for weeks now and finally after trying one on in Jessops decided to go with the Slingshot 200AW. To look at it is small and i thought i would keep my existing backpack for main storage and use this as a little grab it bag but it holds D90 fitted with Tamron 17-50, sigma 10-20, nikon 55-200 and 50mm prime. I also have all my filter/holders and SB600 flash, rocket blower, lens cleaning pens and some clothes which surprised me. It is very comfy to ware after securing the side strap and after a quick field test yesterday its ability to swing round and allow access to the camera in seconds is great, not more laying the bad down on wet ground plus you have a shelf to rest you elbows if shooting hand held.

So basically i highly recommend it

i picked one up in the classifieds a couple of weeks ago and was quite surprised how much kit it holds
i had a shoulder bag but find the slingshot better suited to me as well

A nice bag for sure. Also useful are the outside straps for lashing bits of kit too (eg Tripods)
Shame there's not another inner pocket to carry non-photo gear
The rain cover is very handy too

I bought one new off ebay just before xmas and it really does what it says on the tin (or lable to be more precise)

Excellnt bag highly recomend.
