If you have not received your parcel within three days (UK Mainland) then please contact your local postoffice sorting office and quote the parcel reference number in case they are sitting on it

Hope you can collect it - My four year old grandson went with his father to collect something at Lewisham to be asked for ID! His father said he had credit card driving licence etc but told the it was ID for the recipient. Asked if he expected a four year old to have a driving licence was told -"well, he had a birth certificate doesn't he!" The mother collected it next day without bother! Jobs worth at its best and a dissapointed 4yr old as he knew what was coming in the parcel.
