Just how bad is the x100 video?

I am thinking about replacing my gh2 with a one lens solution. I do like to video blog (especially in random scenic locations) and was thinking I could get away with just using the video feature on the x100.

To be honest, I have only been using the gh2 for video sat on a tripod with fixed focus on me so a lot of it's features are going to waste.
 
sounds like you could get away with it though. just think if the 35mm equivalent lens is going to be enough.
