just ordered the 70-200mm f4 L IS and getting it tomorrow, looking forward to using it, what should I take a photo of first?
 
Your floor when you take it out the box and can't wait to play with it :D :D :D

What do you normally go out and shoot :D
 
What ever you want - Its a great lens, I doubt you will be unhappy with whatver you shoot.

Likewise with the lens order, do you think people would be upset if we posted our shots to compare quality........of the lenses i mean :nuts:
 
take a portrait with a tree far in the background and drool at the bokeh (did i spell that right?)

Just turn the lens 90 degrees it should fit fine then:)
 
I going to buy this lens, how come you picked the f4 and not the f2.8. We could see you grin even in real low light then LOL
 
Its an f/4 IS though... can do low light pretty well as long as he is not moving while grinning....

The price and the weight. Those 2.8s are just huge, I couldn't imagine shooting with them for a long time, the f4 was nice and compact and half the price
 
Damn my credit card company, blocked the payment, fraud check.

Thing is i know its good they do this BUT, I juste spent three weeks in canada and didn't inform them I was going, they let through every payment. Over the last 2 years I've spent £3000+ on camera equipment on this creditcard and yet they think this was the dodgy purchase.

What did you buy the lens to shot, what ever it is go and shot it for your first shot :thumbs:
