I have the Kata 3n1 20, and its great - never looked back.
I use the sling format when walking a fair bit, and the single rucksack format when just carry it short distances.
It fits all my kit (Canon 450D, 18-55, 50, 10-20,70-300), 580 Flash and all the other small bits without any issue.

Another vote here for the 3N1 20....i have all my kit inside; Nikon D5000, 18-70mm, 70-300VR, SB-900 Flash and two battery chargers as well as spare batteries, filters. I reckon there is still enough room for a UWA too.
The most comfortable bag to wear too....mostly use the single strap rucksack style to carry it. Its very well made and protects the gear inside extremely securely. It also comes with a handy waterproof rain-cover and you can buy a tripod holder for about £12 as well.
