I like your chosen shot, but I really like the mono shot too. The gritty conversation works great.

Thanks Nick. I think if I was going to go with either, I preferred the mono.

But rural landscapes are not my thing in as much as I like other people’s when I see them, but I never know how to judge my own.

Nice one, agree with your choice and especially like the view through the arch
 
I love the way that the tunnel is not a perfect arch, almost like the builders were practising when they put the bricks up.
 
Week 19 - Contrasts in colour.

Not as vibrant as some others this week, but I liked the Contrasts in Colour between the Red Robin and the Green of the garden. My little helper for the day - came back loads.

ETA - the top one is (I think) a different bird. Got chased off by the bottom one.

Both very nice shots Kell. The grub against the red breast in your chosen shot is a great contrast
