Week 36 - One street, many stories.
As soon as I saw the title, I thought "I can walk past Downing Street on my way home. Imagine the stories that street could tell"
And so I went, but I didn't find many interesting angles and didn't want to point my camera directly at all the guys with guns...
But opposite the entrance just after Parliament Street becomes Whitehall, is where you'll often find protestors. And so, I thought they made for a more interesting shot and could also probably tell you some stories. I took a few close up, but then went for the wider shot as it included more stories:
Stories of the people in the protest.
Stories of the police policing the protest.
The guy on the right who looked to be covering it for a 'proper' story.
The stories that 'Monty' could have told you.
The story of the guy right at the back giving me an awkward eye.
THe stories of the people on the London Eye in the background - oblivious to what's going on here.
The story of that hat.
