Kenko PRO1D filter

Hi guys n gals,

I am after a Circular polarising filter and want to get a Kenko PRO1D, as I believe these are the same as the Hoya PRO1D but much cheaper

Does anyone know if there is a difference between

The actual filter shown is the same...
One shows outer packaging....the other not.
They are indeed the same filter as Hoya but as marketed in the far East.
