Kenko tubes

Hi I am looking to buy a set of these for my canon 450d. I have seen that some work with ef only lens and not efs. How do you tell the difference as many of the listings do not state either way.

Extension tubes that have a white square and red dot will work with both ef and efs lenses.

i've just ordered a budget set off from the bay of fleas, it was £62.99 for all three. I will post a review on the forum sometime this week when I receive them
