Kent Fitness League XC at Oxleas Woods, SE London

I was down at Oxleas Woods on Sunday for my running clubs turn to host the KFL cross country.
If I wasn't still injured from a niggle that turned into something more serious when running the London Marathon, I wouldn't still be nursing a torn groin and I would have been running for Plumstead Runners.

Anyway, here are some of my shots from the action...specifically to pick out my team mates in the Plum & Yellow...

Any suggestions of what I could have done better as keen to improve.

All shot on a Nikon D750 and Tamron 70-200mm f2.8.

Get a lower shooting position. Looks like you were standing. Good stuff on a grotty day!

A small fishing stool is perfect for this kind of thing. And did you have a monopod?
