Kestral, I think?

This lovely bird was flying from lamp post to aerial etc, I followed him/her & these were the pictures I came up with. These photo's were taken in Spain, I'm sure, if it's a Kestral, that it looks a little different to the ones I have taken in the UK. This looked a little like a Thrush on it's chest.

Thanks both, for confirming the ID. She was hovering around again this morning, so I will try & keep my eye on her & see if I can get any closer.
