London Kew Gardens

[Willid1]

I am planning on visiting Kew tomorrow, but looking at their website it seems they may take objection to my nice bag of camera equipment.

Anyone had any experience of simple hobbyist photography at Kew but using "professional" looking equipment.

On their list of Prohibited items it says

Thanks in advance

David

Hope you managed to get in with no problems, I've gone in with my Nikon 500/4 with no problems, and you will have found a number of other photographers with 'professional' looking gear.

Let us know how you got on....if they are starting to enforce this ridiculous policy I might want to review our Kew Membership, I live locally and it ain't cheap.

Seems odd if it's not allowed.

I'm pretty sure the meaning is for anyone doing commercial photography, pretty much like the National trust do.
