I can't decide which keyboard to go for for my MBP. I have an older Logitech that I need to take to work.

I am not sure I'd like the new Apple keyboard. It doesn't have a keypad and that may be an issue for me.

there is a wired one - you can see where the problem is

and there are some used white wireless ones with keypad. Are there any issues with those? Is it still a good deal if I find a nice and clean example?

Is there anything else with bluetooth, designed for mac and doesn't require nasty piece of software?

I'm not over keen of the Mac wireless keyboard either. That's why I use the normal one with a numeric pad.

One problem with a wireless keyboard is you a screwed if the batteries fail and you don't have a replacement.

As keeping the keys and the keyboard clean I've got some spirit wipes which work OK.

Thanks. I think the issue of dead batteries is not very important - there is MBP integrated keyboard to fall back to and a charge in the corner.

Any more views about the older white wireless model?

I use one at home and work and have no problems without the number keys, you get used to it to be honest and quickly learn to adapt to it not being there
