My fist track day at Brands on Sat. just gone.
I took the Powershot G9 and the 5D with a 70-200 F2.8L IS and a 1.4TC
Most of the shots were taken in the Paddocks as I didn't get round to taking photos on track once the day got into swing.
The difference between the SLR and compact in terms of quality was like night and day!
Morning arrival at 7am (Would have been earlier if not for an unplanned detour) taken with G9
I really needed to clean my mirrors (This would have turned out much nicer if my mirrors were clean!) taken with the G9 whilst on the move.

This was left intentionally dark to try to mask who the rider was a bit. Taken with 5D with 70-200 & 1.4TC
