Paid a visit to Brandon Marsh today hoping to see a Kigfisher and I was not dissapointed,
This one turned up mid afternoon and stayed around for a picture or two.
Just happened that this was the first time out with my ID Mark III. WDYT.

100-400L with 1.4 Tc

Fantastic detail/colour and clarity...bet you like the new toy now.

Could do with a bit off the top if i'm picky.

Keith, was about 40ft away so had to crop the original and as for the exif I have two different times so will get that sorted.

Excellent Tony - looks very sharp.

100-400L and 1.4 work well when you can throw some decent light their way...
Whose 1.4 are you using?
