That is a cool shot. We have a lot of kites around us but as above I’ve never seen them around water :)
 
It's not often you can complain about being too close!

The image looks quite flat and washed out on my computer... like it has a color haze over all of it; it also reports no color space info.
 
Yes..re-edited version much more striking. A fairly rare opportunity I'd say and well done for capturing it so well.
