Yes
I've just shot half a roll at 400 instead of 200. Is there any chance it's going to come out anywhere near usable? Or should I just bin it? I'm guess it would been better shot at lower ASA if anything?

It'll be fine, the exposure latitude of film is pretty wide so they will be ok.

Thanks but I've binned it (out of irritation mostly!) I've just opened the camera back by accident on top of everything else.

Today:

1. Shot film at wrong speed
2. Shot a couple of shots on bulb by accident and wondered what was happening!
3. Opened wrong camera with current film in
4. Forgot camera was set to manual and messed exposure up.

I think someone must've hit me with a brick while I was asleep. That's the last time I take three cameras out with me.

And they say bad things happen in three's, you're certainly having a bad day !

One stop under, process normally, results probably OK... or you can ask them to push a stop (last time I asked Filmdev to do this, they suggested not to bother, and the results were fine1).
