Kodak DCS Pro-14N (full frame Nikon F)

I used to have one. Brilliant resolution at 100 ISO, not usable at anything higher. Colour management was abysmal, as was the user interface.

At £350 it may be just about worth considering IMO

think ill ski it, after a primary body to handle good light - low light and im not a studio shooter - back to holding out for the D700 / defaulting to the D7000
 
Looking at a camera released in 2002/2003 to handle low light capabilities?!?! I know you've been deliberating for a long time over what camera you want to purchase, but - no offence intended - this is a pretty wacky idea. Also, if you are looking at the same site that I'm looking at, they have a D7000 due in soon, might be worth keeping an eye on that.

had no idea when it was released. obviously knew it was old. canon 5D was released in '04/'05 and it's a solid performer. I am set on a d700 / d7000 maybe even the 2 as a combo - but was just interested as I saw it pop up knew nothing about it.

and yes, I am looking at the same site your looking at - sound guys in there! given me lots of help & advice in the past. :thumbs:
