Kood CPL's - any good?

I've got a Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 on the way and will need a CPL for it (67mm).

Are the Kood filters any good? They seem maybe a bit cheap?

I have a 58mm Tiffen that I use on some other lenses that ahs always seemed fine to me, apart from the slightly rough rotation.

Or is it worth spending the extra on a Hoya Pro1?

Personally, I would trust 7day a lot further than any e-bay seller. OK, the P&P has to be taken into account but who has trouble bulking out an order to 7day to reduce the loading of P&P?!

I've got a Kood filter on one of my lenses, can't remember which, it's okay. Doesn't seem to degrade IQ too much, if at all :shrug:

I've got a kood CP for my P system and it does a very nice job without degrading the image as far as I can tell.
