Within the last 24 hours, we have taken delivery of both a 17 - 40mm L lens and a 24 - 105mm L lens.

Just wanted to share!

:woot::woot:

(and it is with thanks to all the advice received on this fourm :thumbs: )

You lucky "person" you. So much for the credit crunch:thumbs:

Congrats, you now have L disease, once you go L you don't accept anything else.

The 17-40 is good, I have one. Great value for money as it's one of the cheapest L series lenses out there.

Yep, my 70-200 F4 arrived today from Kerso. Great price and great service.

Can't wait to get out there with it over the weekend. :woot:

I'm not jelous. I'm not jelous. I'm not jelous. I'm not jelous.

Two good really usable lenses, the problem you will have is that one of them will be near welded to your camera, depending on the type of photos you take, it will be interesting to see which one...

I've had the 17-40 for a long time and recently bought the 24-105, Im finding the 24-105 locked onto my camera these days, my first lens with IS and Its great.

Im only holding onto the 17-40 as I plan on going full frame soon. (Ive decided that the range of this lens isnt that good on a crop body, 27-64mm? not great if you ask me)

However it is a stellar lens, length aside.
