Popped over to France last week for a cracking little show just south of Paris. Flying started just before 1pm and was non-stop through until around 6pm. Although it was VERY hot, the light was quite tricky at times with lots of cloud, particularly on the Sunday. All were shot at 500mm handheld.

It's about 3 hours from Calais. On the Saturday we set off at about 10am (we were staying 30 mins away), there were no queues at all and we got straight in no problems. Sunday was much busier but even so the queue to get in and parked was only about 45 mins. Plenty of people appeared to have just come over from Dover for the day but I'm not sure I'm that hardcore.

In terms of actually getting there, navigating the Peripherique on Friday evening was easily the most traumatic part!!

6 is a stunning capture, gutted i didnt know about this show i was in france staying near rouen for a week from the 23rd and went to paris on 25,26,28,29 dam maybe nect year :)

Spitfire shot is the one for me, nice and sharp with enough motion on the props

A lovely set of photos, no 6 is my favourite - great burner shot.
