La Ferte Alais

Morning all

First post for a while having recently rediscovered the forum!

Took a trip to France last month, ostensibly to visit La Ferte Alais for the first time. Here are some captures from the Friday press day and Saturday show day.

Probably my most successful airshow photography-wise, mainly due to the cracking weather and great variety of aircraft! All taken with a Canon 40D and my 70-300 IS USM.

Nice sharp shots, but they're cropped a little too tightly IMO

Really nice to see shots of some different aircraft. The poor guy in the Cri-Cri looks about 3" too tall for it!

Pic No.3 with a bit more room round it would be the real winner for me.

The Cri-Cri flying aeros was a sight to behold!
