I went out on Friday last week to try an idea I'd had, then go somewhere dark for some Perseids. Nothing really went to plan; the first idea I had didn't really work, and then my usual dark spot was taken, so I had to improvise. I didn't see any meteors, but I got a couple of shots that I really like - and I enjoyed being out with my camera, so it's all good 
These were taken on my X-T30 with the (really rather fabulous) Viltrox 13mm F/1.4, 25 second exposure (first shot at 400 ISO, second one at 160 ISO).
